Thank you for completing your pre-application, currently we are only accepting applications for Section 8 voucher holders and are not accepting applications for non-program tenants at this time.

 

If you answered "Yes" to having Section 8, your information will be forwarded to our leasing team and they will reach out to you by the next business day to complete your application.

unfortunately, If you answered "I have a different program" we are unable to service you at this time as our current inventory of apartments are priced above the Section 8 standard and only section 8 tenants are conditionally permitted to exceed the Section 8 payment standard. We do however except all programs and will keep your information in our database and reach out to you in the event an apartment becomes available in the future which is priced at or below the section 8 standard ( example: a rent regulated unit).
